Gourmet restaurant "La Marmite" comes to life in Kirchbühl Hotel!
Wall claddings made of light wood, natural plaster and copper as well as an old cooking stove all relate to the more than 100 year-old Kirchbühl cooking tradition. After all, in the opening year of 1900, the "Pension Kirchbühl" was a kind of cooking school for daughters ... "La Marmite" in French means "the cooking pot", hence the use of copper.
In addition to the membership in the guild of established Swiss chefs and the Chaine des Rotisseurs, the listing in the Guide Bleu highlights the high quality of this restaurant.
