By car

Directions
Motorways will take you from Basel, Geneva or Zurich via Bern, or alternatively via Lucerne over the Brünig Pass to Interlaken (exit number 25). From there, follow the main road to Grindelwald.
In Grindelwald, follow the main road to the church, then continue in the direction of Oberer Gletscher. After 400 metres, turn left at the signpost towards the hotel (Kirchbühlstrasse).

Directions

- Coaches can usually turn directly from Obere Gletscherstrasse into Kirchbühlstrasse.
- Longer vehicles (3-axle coaches) are advised to continue along Obere Gletscherstrasse to the junction with Terrassenweg. Turn around there, and then enter Kirchbühlstrasse from above.
Train
- International train connections (including ICE) will take you to Interlaken, from where the journey to Grindelwald continues on the cog railway of the Bernese Oberland Railway and takes around 30 minutes.
- Our hotel shuttle will pick you up directly from Grindelwald railway station in the village centre (please book in advance).
